- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the slide to power off screen appears.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device.
- Again press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until you see an Apple Logo.
Solution 2: Check iCloud Storage
- Launch Settings.
- Tap iCloud > Manage Storage or iCloud Storage.
Solution 3: Check if an iCloud Backup is Enabled
- Launch Settings.
- Tap your profile.
- Tap iCloud.
- Then tap iCloud Backup menu and then turn on it.
Solution 4: Delete Old iCloud Account
- Launch Settings.
- Tap your profile > iCloud.
- Tap your device > Delete Backup.
- Then tap Turn Off & Delete.
Also, you can delete individual unwanted files from iCloud. This solution may also solve this issue.
- Launch iCloud Drive.
- Choose the unwanted files to delete.
- Tap Delete to confirm your action.
Solution 5: Sign Out and Sign In Back
- Launch Settings-> Apple ID(your name).
- Scroll down to find “SignOut” and then click it.
- Enter your Apple ID and Password.
- Tap “Sign Out” at the right Corner.
- Again tap “Sign Out” in the pop-up box to confirm the action.
Sign In:
- Launch Settings-> iCloud.
- Enter your Apple ID and Password.
- Tap “Sign In”.
Solution 6: Reset All Settings
- Launch Settings > General.
- Scroll down to see Reset and then tap it.
- Tap “Reset all Settings”.
- Enter passcode if required and then tap “Reset All Settings” in Pop-up box to confirm the action.
