Solution 1: Force Close the App
- If you are using iPhone X and Later, Swipe up the screen from bottom left corner to the middle of the screen. When you will get the closed apps, leave your fingers from the screen.
- Either you can hold the app until seeing the minus symbol and tap on the minus symbol to close the app or swipe up the app to close.
- If you are using iPhone 8 Plus and Earlier, Close the app while you are using the app. Then double click the “Home” button.
- Here you can see the all closed apps. You have to swipe the app to close. After that, reopen the app and try to download or install the app.
Solution 2: Update Carrier Settings
- Make sure that iPhone is connected to Cellular Data or Wi-Fi.
- Open Settings -> General -> About.
- If an update is available, you just update your Carrier Settings.
Solution 3: Sign Out and Sign In iCloud
- Go to Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap on your Apple ID banner.
- Scroll down to find “Sign Out” and click it.
- You have to enter your Apple ID and Password. Then tap “Sign Out”.
- Again tap “Sign Out” in the pop-up box to confirm the action.
- After that, sign in back.
Solution 4: Reset All Settings
- Go to Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap “General” -> “Reset”.
- Select “Reset All Settings”.
- Enter the passcode if need and again tap “Reset All Settings” in the pop-up box to confirm.
