If you have the same issue on your iPhone X, this article will help you to solve it Solution 1: Make sure that 3D Touch is Turned On (Enabled) If 3D Touch is turned off, live wallpaper will not work.

  • Go to Settings->General->Accessibility.
  • Scroll down to find “3D Touch” option and then tap it.
  • Make sure that 3D Touch is enabled. Turn on 3D Touch if it is disabled.
  • You can also adjust (Light, Medium, Firm) the 3D Touch Sensitivity using the slider. Keep the sensitivity in Medium.

Solution 2: Make sure that Low Power Mode is Turned Off (Disabled)

  • Go to Settings->Privacy.
  • Turn off “Low Power Mode”.

Solution 3: Restart your device

  • Press and hold the Slide Button and either Volume Up/Volume Down until the slider to power off Screen appears (or) launch Settings->General->Shut Down.
  • Drag the slider to turn off your device.
  • To turn on your device, press and hold the Slide Button until the apple logo appears.

  • A pop-up box appears with three options to choose where you want to set this image. Select any one from Set Lock Screen, Set Home Screen, or Set Both.

Then set a live wallpaper. To set live wallpaper,

  • Launch Settings->Wallpaper->Choose a New Wallpaper.
  • Select “Live”.
  • Choose an image to set as live wallpaper and then tap “Set”.
  • A pop-up box appears with three options to choose where you want to set this image. Select any one from Set Lock Screen, Set Home Screen, or Set Both.
