Several iPhone users complaining about the iPhone XS cannot pairing with Bluetooth. This problem is the most common thing. I tried a few steps to solve this issue and it works for me. So, In this article, I’m gonna share those tricks. May those tricks will solve your problem too. Before doing the solutions make sure that your Bluetooth connection is connected properly.
Solution 1: Turn Off/On the Bluetooth
The foremost thing is to turn off your Bluetooth and again turn on your Bluetooth. Particularly this method is solved by many people. It was worked fine. In one of the articles, it was mentioned in the comment section also. There are two methods to turn off and turn on the Bluetooth. To do that,

- Launch Settings or Go to the Control Center.
- Check your Bluetooth is turned on or off, then turn it off.
- Next, wait for a few minutes and again turn on it.
- After that, try to connect the Bluetooth device. It will definitely pair the Bluetooth. If still the device is not pairing, then move to the next solution.
- That’s it.
Solution 2: Reset Network Settings
Reset Network settings is another method to solve the issue from the iPhone. This method is worked for many iPhone users.
- Launch Settings and click the General.
- Then scroll down the screen and tap on “ Reset”.
- Next, select the Reset Network Settings option.
- Enter your Password, if asked.
- And again confirm the process, tap on the “Reset Network Settings” option.
Solution 3: Force Restart
A force restart is a common thing but it will solve the problem quickly on your iPhone.
- Press and hold the Volume Up button and then release it quickly.
- Press and hold the Volume Down button once.
- Finally, press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears. That’s it.
Solution 4: Forget This Device
If you can see the device on the iPhone or iPad, but it does not respond to anything on the screen or connecting issue. Then try to do these steps, it will start from the first process.
- Launch Settings.
- Tap on Bluetooth.
- And tap the (i) symbol near the Bluetooth accessory.
- Now you will see the Forget This Device option, click that one.
- To confirm the process, again tap on Forget Device.
Once you complete the process, then try to pair the device with Bluetooth. It will start working again.
Solution 5: Check the Bluetooth connection
To find and ensure that the problem is with your iPhone or Bluetooth device. Then follow the below steps.
- Make sure your Bluetooth device is turned off or on.
- Check whether your device is far away from the device.
- Verify if the device is already paired with any other device.
Solution 6: Factory Reset
It may be a software or system error, So try this factory reset option.
- Launch Settings.
- And select the General option.
- Again scroll down the screen and tap on Reset.
- Tap Erase All Content and Settings.
- Now the pop-up box will appear with 3 options.
- If you want to Backup your device then tap Back Up Then Erase.
- If you have already taken a Backup then tap Erase Now.
- Then wait for a few minutes until the process gets complete.
Note: This fix will remove all data from your device. Therefore, it is advisable to take a backup.
Solution 7: Turn On/Off Airplane Mode
- Launch Settings.
- Tap on Airplane Mode.
- And turn On it.
- Wait a few minutes, and again turn off it.
