Jurassic World Evolution 2 was recently released as the sequel to the successful 2018 game. However, players have been discovering some bugs that need to be fixed.
Recent reports from Jurassic World Evolution 2 players indicate that the dinosaurs release or hatchery animation is not playing or not working well.
Jurassic World Evolution 2 release or hatchery animation not playing
According to player reports (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6), when they release species in Jurassic World Evolution 2, the animation that should appear is not displayed. Instead, the game spawn the different species.
Other animations reportedly affected too
It should be noted that not only the release or hatchery animation would be ‘broken’. Other players report that the animations of hunting, fights and other interactions between animals would not be shown either.
This bug has a noticeable negative impact on the game experience. After all, the interactions between animal species would be lost, one of the greatest attractions of the theme park management game.
There are also reports that the game crashes completely. This would occur in situations like accumulating many dinosaurs in a specific area.
Developers are aware and investigating
The game developers officially confirmed that they are aware of the issue. Currently, they are investigating about it, but there is no estimated date for the arrival of a fix.
It should be noted that most of the reports come from PS4 users. However, there is no confirmation that the error is not affecting other consoles or platforms.
In the coming days, if there is any new development in this regard, we will update this article. So, stay tuned with us.
