In order to transfer his online clothes business into physical shops, Kanye West has applied to trademark “YZYSUPPLY” for use in brick-and-mortar store locations. Kanye West has sold clothing items such as shirts, socks, headwear, visors, hats, footwear, and more in the past on the Yeezy Supply website.

West already signed a 10-year deal with GAP for his Yeezy business back in 2020, yet the trademark filing still happened.

In 2015, West informed that extending his clothing brand into physical stores is his “dream.” West has previously discussed the possibility of doing so.

“I’ve already embraced the moment of when I finally get to have my own store, which was always a dream of mine,” he told the outlet at the time. “So even though we do really amazing sales online, my dream is just to have my own store. And to have multiples of it.”

Since the rapper started releasing apparel with the company, West and GAP have had a very productive connection. West and Balenciaga collaborated on a collection that was released through GAP in May.

Although he is presently focusing on his line of clothing, West is still actively producing songs. He most recently collaborated with Cardi B on “Hot Shit,” which also includes Lil Durk. On July 12, a music video for the song is expected to be released.
