Kartik Aaryan is riding excessive on the success of his last launch Dhamaka and 2022 will see him in numerous distinctive movies like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Freddy, and Shehzada. But in his response in a latest interview is something to go by, it seems Kartik is keen to try his hand in a brand new style – sports biopics. When he was asked about a biopic he would love to be a part of, he was rapid to revert and say Virat Kohli .
Not to forget, Kartik had raised quite the excitement with his ad film, amongst followers recently when he shared a video of him, dressed in a cricket jersey, batting on the pitch, and captioned it, “Coming soon 🏏”.
Fans could not control their excitement simply questioning of the reality that Kartik may also be venturing into a sports film.
There has been a lot of cricket-based movies in Bollywood of late. Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey is the subsequent in line, which is the remake of a Telugu movie of the same title starring Nani. Two other biopics–both primarily based on woman Indian cricket legends-Shabash Mithu, on Mithali Raj, stars Taapsee Pannu in the lead and Chakda Xpress, which tells the story of Jhulan Goswami, stars Anushka Sharma in the lead position and will launch on Netflix.
