On August 22, 2022, Monday, the first episode of Kevin Can F**k Himself’s second season will air. The title for the new episode is Mrs. McRoberts is Dead. For its unique style and excellent acting, the boundary-pushing meta-comedy with Annie Murphy and Eric Petersen got a lot of appreciation.  In fact, the show has developed a cult following just from its first season.

Kevin Can F**k Himself, written and directed by Valerie Armstrong, is the tale of a perfect sitcom wife who is frustrated with her man-child husband and takes drastic action to break the cycle of mental torture. She engages with Patty, her new neighbor, and friend, during this procedure.

Kevin Can F**k Himself season 2: Storyline

The goal of Kevin Can F**k Himself is somewhat multidimensional, much like the show. While being a direct critique of classic comedies, the show has a witty take on misogyny and sexism. This show is far more endearing to all viewers due to its meta-approach.

According to the plot summary provided by AMC:

“Kevin Can F… Himself is a dark comedy that alternates between traditional multi-camera sitcoms and single-camera dramas. Set in Worcester, Mass., the series follows the journey of Allison McRoberts, a stereotypically smart and beautiful sitcom wife, who is married to Kevin, a husky, self-centered man-child who is clearly punching above his weight. After making a dark discovery, Allison teams up with neighbor Patty O’Connor as she attempts to escape the confines of her life and take control of her fate.”

The former season ended on a major cliffhanger when Patty’s brother Neil (Alex Bonifer), Kevin’s slacker friend, overheard the 2 women discussing their intentions. Neil has been abducted by Patty and Allison, who are keeping him captive in a basement, as per an exclusive scene from the new season.

In the video, Annie and Patty can also be heard arguing about the unethical conduct they are committing. Kevin Can F**k Himself’s second season’s first episode appears to be jam-packed with content. The summary of the program states:

“Following Neil’s act of violence, Allison and Patty must decide how to handle him; Patty questions Allison’s friendship; Kevin makes a campaign ad and Allison tries to derail his run for office.”

The dissatisfied housewife, who has already committed some severe (and quite criminal) acts to this extent, will go on an engaging trip in the upcoming season. Undoubtedly, there will be many shocks in season 2, which also intends to close up Allison McRoberts’ storyline.
