Today he tweeted that his show will no longer be streaming and has come to an end but turns out it was all a prank for his audience.
Why did you do this to us, Karan Johar? The director almost persuaded everyone that his successful discussion show, Koffee With Karan, would not be renewed. There’s no room for speculation here. But, as Karan Johar put it, “any great story requires a good twist,” and he delivered. He issued a new statement hours after saying that the show will not return, stating that the new season of the conversation show will be available on Disney+Hotstar.

He released a statement with the words “Even more vital announcement to make.” “Koffee With Karan will not be returning… on television!” he stated in his announcement. Because a good twist is required in every excellent story. I’m thrilled to announce that Season 7 of Karan Johar’s Koffee With Karan will be available to stream exclusively on Disney+Hotstar. The country’s biggest cinematic stars will return to the couch to spill the beans while sipping koffee. There will be games, rumors will be debunked, and there will be serious discussions on love, loss, and everything we’ve all gone through in the last five years.
