According to popular tipster Ice Universe, the Samsung Galaxy S21 will be receiving small improvement in its camera set up. The primary sensor is a 108MP camera and the Time of Flight (ToF) camera among others is the biggest USP of the existing top model S20 Ultra. But the tipster claims that the three will be an ISOCELL HM3 sensor.  While the 108-megapixel camera will have a pixel size of 0.8µm with a laser focus module. However, there will not be a ToF sensor onboard for the camera system instead it might have another telephoto sensor.

Apart from this the Samsung’s flagships series is reported to launch on January 14 with pre-orders beginning the same day. The smartphone is said to go on sale on January 29. Usually, the company hosts the Unpacked event in February every year but this time the company will arrive with Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra a little soon to take on Apple iPhone 12 series. As per the tipster, the phones will be available in Black, White, Grey, Silver, Violet and Pink colours. 

Coming back to the camera details of the Galaxy S20 Ultra is tipped to come with four camera sensors and an additional unknown sensor. The previous render leaks show Penta rear camera set up. However, the details of the fifth one is yet to be known. The existing model has a quad rear camera setup with flash support but the upcoming device has five cutouts and the fifth one is an unknown sensor.

In the past, the specs of the smartphone were also leaks suggesting Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra to Android 11-based One UI 3.0. The device is said to feature a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a high refresh rate of 144Hz. Additionally, this is likely to be powered by an Exynos 2100 SoC for various markets including India, whereas the variants for China and the US may get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 SoC in its place.

In addition to 108-megapixel primary sensor, the front camera set up is speculated to include a 40-megapixel selfie camera. And to fuel it up it is said to be backed by a 5,000mAh battery along with an S Pen support.
