With focus on PvE and exploration, Lost Ark has been praised by players for its smooth and solid mechanics and combat.
But as is the case with the majority of video games, players have encountered issues such as Guild donations or contributions not working on the Vykas server and the game crashing when loading Guardian Raids or Chaos Dungeon.
And according to recent reports from Lost Ark players, it looks like character customization presets are not working or deleted (1,2,3,4,5).
Apparently, many are getting a ‘Customization Load Failed’ error message whenever they try to load a preset. Restarting the game and reinstalling it isn’t helping either.
You can see in the image below the error that pops up whenever Lost Ark players try to load character customization presets.
As it turns out, Lost Ark developers are aware of the issue and said they are already working to fix it. But there is no ETA on when the problem will be resolved.
