However, the initial availability of Lost Ark to the global public was fraught with problems and technical difficulties. So, the developers decided to compensate players with Crystalline Aura.
Crystalline Aura is basically a paid booster that allows Lost Ark players to level up faster by getting more exp points while active. Normally the Crystalline Aura is purchased with Royal Crystals (the in-game currency).
Lost Ark Crystalline Aura missing or disabled
Some Lost Ark players report that the 3-day Crystalline Aura reward simply deactivated a few hours after claiming it (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7).
Lost Ark developers also released a ‘founders pack’ with items and perks. However, even this founders pack is lost for some players who purchased it.
Hi all, earlier did get a free “3 day” Crystalline Aura, which did come in handy since I wanted to buy it anyways but had to charge my steam wallet first.

Woke up to 3 hour maintenance. Managed to login an hour after it finished with. 3.5k queue on my server (Wei) to find my crystalline aura is no longer active and have no way to enable it.
I’m a silver founder and with the other maintenance additions got another 8 days. Anyone else missing it? Know how to get it back? Source
Hi, I just logged in and my 3 day crystalline aura from the compensation is gone. Also, my founder’s pack that was in the box near the mail at the top of the screen is gone.
I didn’t take it because i thought I might change things up and I didn’t want to waste it. Is it because the marketplace is under maintanence or I lost everything?

Official acknowledgment
The Lost Ark support team is already aware of the issue. The company is currently investigating the matter, but there is no information on an estimated arrival date for a fix.
We will update this story as events related to the matter unfold.
Update 1 (February 16)
03:11 pm (IST): Lost Ark development team has confirmed that they are actively working on resolving the Crystalline Aura issue. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.
Update 2 (February 21)
11:07 am (IST): Devs have released a potential fix to mitigate the missing Crystalline Aura issue. Moreover, they are also working on a permanent solution with Smilegate RPG.
