And within 24 hours of its worldwide release, it became the second most popular game on Steam. Lost Ark is a PvE game that involves players completing quests, hunting, and crafting items amongst other things.

Players can customize their characters and level them up by completing objectives and quests. Once you reach level 50, the progress will be tied to your character’s gear score and you will have access to dungeons and raids.

Unsurprisingly, the game has had a few hiccups with some players recently complaining about being unable to load the game and getting stuck in a loop after the EAC screen.

And as if that wasn’t enough, Lost Ark players are now reporting (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) that they are missing the main story quest on the Galatur server. Many say that the issue surfaced after the unplanned maintenance that took place on February 11.

Following the maintenance, players said they were unable to progress in the game with some saying that all of their quests are now unavailable.

Fortunately, Lost Ark developers have shed some light on the missing main story quest bug on the Galatur server and said that they are aware of the problem.

It looks like the only way for those who lost their characters after the maintenance is to contact the developers and create a ticket.
