Currently, many Lost Ark players are facing issues with the ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest. Apparently it causes a crash and your character gets stuck on the loading screen (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
Lost Ark ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest crashes game, character stuck
According to multiple reports, when Lost Ark players try to access the ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest, the game crashes. So, players are currently unable to complete the quest.
However, while the crash is a severe issue, the glitch can also cause your character to permanently get stuck on the loading screen, and you won’t be able to move it from there without the help of the support team.
So, for now it’s best to avoid the Lost Ark ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest until a definite fix arrives so your character is not at risk.
“Time to Heal” (Friendly 2/3) rapport quest is bugged and your character will be stuck in loading screen to the instanced content, you will need CS support to move your character.

There is a bug with the rapport quest “TIme to Heal” where players crash as soon as they enter the instance, and that means players are stuck in it unless they ask a GM to relocate their characters. It’s worth pointing out that the glitch isn’t exactly new. The same had already appeared some weeks ago, and the development team had published an official acknowledgment on it at that time.
A few days later (March 11), the developers fixed a bug where Lost Ark crashes in the ‘Time to Heal’ Ealyn Rapport quest through an update.

However, it seems that a recent Lost Ark update brought back the same glitch.
