Madden 22 is the latest installment in the long-running sports franchise by Electronic Arts. And ever since its release in August last year, players have reported several issues such as the Community File error and players stuck at Week 15.

And while it looks like EA is trying their best to fix the mess they have made, some bugs do seem to pop up every once in a while.

That being said, Madden 22 players are now reporting that they are unable to play the Ultimate Team playoffs OT House Rules event.

Players say that they were unable to load the Ultimate Team playoffs House Rules event and were getting a ‘MUT level undefined’ error. Others said that the event has suddenly disappeared.

You can see how the error looks like in the image below.

Thankfully, EA Help has shed some light on the issue and said that the developers have disabled the House Rules event to investigate the “MUT level undefined” error. However, there is no ETA on when it will be fixed.

Nonetheless, we will be keeping an eye out for further developments on the matter and let you know when Electronic Arts fixes the Madden 22 House Rules event bug, so stay tuned for updates.
