Madden NFL 23 is the latest addition to Electronic Arts’ infamous series of Madden games. Released on August 19, it has had a mixed reception from its otherwise supportive fanbase.
The game has experienced numerous bugs and issues that have left a bitter taste in the mouth of early adopters. The latest in line is that Madden NFL 23 players are now unable to receive the House Rules and Super Bowl rewards.
House Rules rewards not showing up
Players are complaining that they haven’t received their House Rules event rewards (primarily BND 88 OVR Gridiron Guardian Fantasy Pack) even after completing all the missions/requirements.
In some extreme cases, players have waited for more than three days without getting their deserved event rewards.
This is incredibly frustrating for the ones who’ve already spent a significant amount of time trying to complete all the event tasks.
Unable to receive Super Bowl rewards
Making matters worse, a similar issue is currently affecting a different game mode in Madden NFL 23. Many are unable to receive the promised rewards after winning their games in the Super Bowl game mode.
In some cases, players receive the earned coins after winning the game, but the rewards packs never show up.
Affected gamers have taken to social media platforms like Twitter to express their frustration with the game.

Fortunately, Electronic Arts is aware of the issues regarding Madden NFL 23 House Rules and Super Bowl rewards and is working towards fixing them.
We hope the developers are able to find out the root cause behind these issues and resolve them at the earliest.

Update 1 (September 27, 2022)
05:10 pm (IST): EA support is now suggesting those affected continue playing the game as usual and the rewards will eventually get unlocked.
Update 2 (September 29, 2022)
09:59 am (IST): Madden 23 recently received a new update (1, 2, 3). However, it apparently did not fix the issue with House Rules & Super Bowl rewards as fresh reports are still coming in.
