In Madden NFL 23 Ultimate Team, players can play in solo or multiplayer game modes and complete Challenges or Missions to earn exclusive cards and packs.
Similar to FIFA Ultimate Team, EA Sports constantly releases new events and Twitch drops for MUT players to earn coins and upgrade their teams.
Keeping the trend alive, Part 2 of the Ultimate Kickoff Program was released on September 17, featuring many new NFC Solo Challenges, House Rules, and LTD player items.
Madden NFL 23 ‘James Bradberry’ card reward missing
Many gamers have recently expressed their frustration with the ‘James Bradberry’ card reward missing for them in Madden NFL 23 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7).
In the new Ultimate Kickoff event, players must win 20 house rule games in order to receive the 86 OVR James Bradberry card in MUT.
However, players have rushed to Twitter to complain that despite completing the challenge, they are yet to receive the James Bradberry card as a reward.
This has been a very frustrating issue because many players were looking forward to adding him to their roster because he will improve many of their teams at this point in Madden NFL 23.
Issue acknowledged
Fortunately, EA support didn’t take too long to acknowledge this issue and said that they are currently investigating it. However, they did not provide any ETA for the fix.
At this time, it is unknown when players will receive this card or whether they will be compensated for this glitch. So, all you need to do is be patient and wait for developers to resolve this problem.
