Ever since Spider-Man swung his way into Marvel’s Avengers, gamers have been asking Crystal Dynamics to add certain cosmetics to the game. The most requested suit of all is undoubtedly the Symbiote Spider-Man costume, and Marvel’s Avengers players recently started pushing for the outfit to be added once again.

While there have been continuous requests for the Symbiote Spider-Man costume ever since the character was added to the game, players began pushing for the outfit more heavily due to the recent addition of a comic book skin. After several MCU suits were added, Crystal Dynamics finally brought a new comic-inspired suit to the game, and it does not disappoint. The Uru Iron Man armor looks excellent, with the design being faithful to the comics and Crystal Dynamics receiving a lot of praise for the design.

However, with the Uru Iron Man skin looking as good as it does, it is not surprising that more comic book outfits have been requested following its release. The Symbiote Spider-Man suit in particular has been asked for by many, with a post from Reddit user oldmansavage12 sharing the Secret Wars comic cover that prominently featured the costume. Undoubtedly Spider-Man’s second most iconic outfit, as it is only behind the classic red and blue suit, it is a bit surprising that gamers have not yet been given the opportunity to wear the costume in Marvel’s Avengers.

In the comments, Marvel’s Avengers players wasted no time backing up oldmansavage12. Redditor killzonev2 says it’s “literally all I’ve wanted since launch,” while Spider_Brothers_Prod “really hopes” they add the costume. Cutland4148 adds that they would purchase the costume “in a heartbeat,” adding that it would likely make plenty of money if it was added to the game’s marketplace. Clearly, the audience for such a costume is there, so hopefully Crystal Dynamics will be able to meet these demands in the near future.

On the bright side, fans of the webhead could be seeing plenty of the black suit in the years to come. Not only was the Symbiote set up to feature in future MCU films, suggesting that it could attach itself to Tom Holland’s Peter Parker, but Venom will be seen in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. As such, the Symbiote suit is all-but-guaranteed to appear in the game as well, with rumors even suggesting that there could be a Symbiote variant for every costume in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. For fans of Marvel’s Avengers, though, it would still be nice to see the costume added to the Crystal Dynamics title.

For now, all gamers can do is continue to request the Symbiote suit and any other Marvel’s Avengers costumes they would like to see. Hopefully, the Fear Itself armor is the beginning of a new era of comic-accurate cosmetics in Marvel’s Avengers.

Marvel’s Avengers is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
